Memory is not about the past

And why forgetting is not a bad thing

Hey guys,

I just published a new essay on my blog, about how Memory is not about the past.

Have you ever decried yourself forgetting things a lot? I know I have. It seems weird that we forget things as much as we do, after all, isn’t memory supposed to be all about storing the past?

Well, not really.

I go about it in some detail in this new essay, which I hope you enjoy :)

See you soon,

João
